1. Supported platform
   • SharePoint Online (web part pages)
2. Data interactions:
   • Unlimited new blank Bowtie diagrams (lists)
   • Export data as CSV
   • Create Bowtie diagram from exported CSV
   • Read/Edit permission determined from user permission on selected diagram (list)
   • Export report as Excel file
   • Diagram entity limits:
     • free version: 20 diagram elements maximum
     • paid version: 5,000 diagram elements maximum
3. Supported Diagram Elements:
   • Hazard, Top Event, Trigger (Cause), Outcome (Effect), Control, Escalation, Escalation Control
   • Control Type classification
4. Viewer Controls:
   • Zoom
   • Highlight selected item
   • Expand/collapse diagram elements
   • Export screenshot as vector diagram
5. Diagram Editing
   • Edit title, description, external link (URL)
   • Add/remove child elements
   • Elements can appear multiple times
   • Sort elements by drag-drop (in Side Panel)
   • Colour coding
   • Score by Frequency (triggers); Effectiveness (controls); Severity (outcomes)
