How long we keep information
As required by law (Companies Act 2006), we must keep detailed financial accounts. In the UK, HMRC generally requires businesses to keep their accounting records for at least six years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to. Any other personal data is deleted at the same time.
Who we share information with
Data processors
Google provides verification and website tracking services. We are unable to access your personal data through them, but you have the right to contact Google directly yourself, if you have any concerns.
How to complain
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
